Overview:
The Implementation and Delivery Manager (IDM) is responsible for implementing all aspects of the Xerox Print Services solution, utilizing Xerox software solutions and XPS staff. The IDM works with multiple Xerox workstreams (Sales, Service, Billing, Collections, Helpdesk, etc.) to manage XPS contracts, as well as client and vendor relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
Set up XPS contracts
+ Review contract package, move contract to Implement phase, then to Manage phase, set up Table 126 for supplies, manage go live CRS action items and update contract status in Matrix.
Complete Great Start Implementation
+ Complete GS01 Operational Readiness Review, GS02 Client Kickoff Meeting, GS03 Go Live Tollgate Meeting, GS04 Go Live Client Meeting and GS05 Client Experience Meeting.
Manage GS02 Account Review
+ Schedules account review with client to confirm device fleet details, explain XDA communication, confirm Asset Tags, discuss pre go live supplies and complete CRS action items.
Conduct Customer Review Meetings
+ Conduct meetings with client for onsite XPS Review, Invoice Review, Supply Management Review, Service History Review and Fleet Management Review.
Process Billing using Xerox applications
+ Process all meter exceptions, approve variable billing.
+ Communicate with billers, utilize all sources to confirm meters.
+ Manage contracts in CTC, validating all charges.
Manage Service and Supply Requests
+ Monitor incoming requests for service or supplies, manage on site inventory counts and monitor and approve service requests.
Perform Device Assessments
+ Validate devices, collect device histories, generate MIF reports and follow up on device statuses.
Manage Financials
+ Establish financial baseline, conduct financial reviews, meetings and planning, establish action plans.
Resolve Client Issues
+ Research any client issues/concerns that are brought forth, resolve and communicate resolution with clients.
Manage Workforce
+ Conduct staff planning, provide input for performance reviews, provide training and support to XPS staff and manage any performance issues through the Performance Improvement Process.
Skills, Experience Needed:
+ Strong administrative and organizational skills, as well as professional written and verbal communication skills.
+ The ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
+ The ability to manage all professional relationships from clients to employees.
+ Proficiency in the following Xerox systems is a plus:
+ Check Register, CTC, CMT, VBS, XRM
