Guidewire, Inc is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant to join our Team at the Solutions Day Program in Pittsfield, MA. The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our Community Based Day Services (CBDS) and the Pathway to Employment program. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment while maintaining strong communication with employees and the leadership team. Key responsibilities include managing front desk operations, maintaining organized records and inventories, scheduling trainings and meetings, processing maintenance and vehicle paperwork, and supporting programmatic documentation and data tracking. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. This role requires certifications in CPR/First Aid, Safety Care, and Medication Administration Program (MAP)-Guidewire will provide the required training to obtain these certifications. This is a full-time non exempt Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm in office position.

Qualifications:
+ Associates degree preferred and 2-4 years of experience in the field/or related field preferred.
+ Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
+ Attention to detail
+ Ability to prioritize
+ Organizational and follow-up skills
+ Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Empathy, compassion, patience and a commitment to providing high quality care
+ Must possess and maintain reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and automobile insurance.
