Bartender Arizona Charlie’s Decatur (Las Vegas, NV)

Description:

Summary: Take orders, prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages courteously and efficiently according to hotel procedures. In addition, maintain stock/supplies and cleanliness of outlet and equipment.

Essential Functions:

+ Take orders, prepare beverages and provide them to guests in a courteous manner.

+ Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work area, bar tops, floors and line equipment

+ Receives, issues and keeps necessary records of liquor and other bar supplies

+ Refills and stocks garnishes and glassware

+ Follows cash handling and Info Genesis POS procedures

+ Follows cash and comp procedures

+ Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Qualifications/Requirements:

+ High school diploma preferred

+ Must be at least 21 years of age

+ At least a year of previous experience in a high-volume bar

+ Excellent communication and guest service skills

Required Work Cards:

+ Alcohol Awareness

+ Health

+ Non-Gaming

+ Gaming

Physical Requirements:

+ Walking, standing or stooping (75% of the time)

+ Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling or otherwise moving objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

+ Vision, hearing, speech and literacy (critical)
