Executive Liaison Escalations Call Center Tier II

Description
The Executive Liaison team will be responsible for any escalated customer concerns beyond what the tier 1 & 2 contact center can handle. This team will handle the most at risk customers, post-vehicle sale. They will evaluate cases by determining what is most urgent and figure out the most appropriate method of follow up to resolve the case. This will include email, text or phone calls to customers depending on the situation. This team is also responsible for buyback prevention for the company, and mitigating customer concerns to alleviate liability on the dealerships.

Working knowledge of multiple computer platforms, browsers and operating systems required.
Preferred
College degree (B.A./B.S.). Educational requirement may be substituted with equivalent industry-related business experience.
Experience providing customer service via multiple contact channels (phone, live chat, face-to-face, written correspondence, etc.).
Experience in customer service, retail and/or sales preferred.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
