About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Global Payroll Manager to lead and oversee payroll operations internationally. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with international labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies while delivering accurate and timely payroll services to our global workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage end-to-end global payroll processes across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

+ Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to streamline payroll operations and resolve issues.

+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements.

+ Oversee payroll audits and ensure proper documentation and controls are in place.

+ Develop and implement global payroll policies and procedures.

+ Lead payroll system implementations or upgrades, ensuring alignment with business needs.

+ Provide strategic insights and reporting to Sr. leadership on payroll metrics and trends.

+ Manage relationships with third-party payroll providers and ensure service level agreements are met.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

+ 7+ years of payroll experience, with at least 3 years in a global payroll role.

+ Strong knowledge of international payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

+ Experience with global payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Oracle, Workday, SAP).

+ Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

+ CPP or similar payroll certification preferred.

Details:

+ Pay: $46.15/hr. - $51.28/hr.

+ Pay Cycle - Weekly | Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits offered

+ Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 5:00pm EST (1 hour lunch, 37.5 hours per week)

+ Hybrid work schedule: 2 in-office days required per week. 3 days work from home. Must be commutable to West Hartford, CT for required onsite days.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $46.15 - $51.28/hr.
