    Overview:

    We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist I. This entry-level role operates within a dynamic call center environment, supporting Consumer Direct Lending. You will be the primary point of contact for consumers throughout the loan origination process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from start to finish.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Serve as a customer success advocate in a fast-paced call center environment

    + Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls and text messages (with consumer consent)

    + Manage a pipeline of up to 75 loans, acting as the main point of contact from origination to closing

    + Perform routine data entry, validation tasks, and respond to inquiries via calls, emails, and chats

    + Monitor work queues and collaborate with internal departments to expedite processing

    + Conduct basic research to resolve customer inquiries accurately

    + Escalate complex issues to associates or supervisors as needed

    + Meet production and quality standards while adhering to established policies and procedures

    + Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization’s culture and values

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum 1 year of experience in Financial Services; mortgage industry experience preferred

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team

    + Proven experience in direct customer contact via phone in a fast-paced environment

    + Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and mathematical skills

    + Effective time management and organizational skills

    + Strong written and verbal communication abilities

    + Proficiency with computers and mainstream applications (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.)

    + Assessment score above 50

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
