THIS POSITION IS NOT REMOTE AND MUST WORK ON SITE AT OUR COLUMBIA FALLS, MONTANA FACILITY.

As a Project Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of complex projects, working closely with the Program Manager and various stakeholders. Your responsibilities will encompass data analysis, project evaluation, stakeholder communication, and general support for the project team. The role requires a keen eye for detail, analytical skills, and the ability to contribute to key project decisions.
Responsibilities:
Research and Project Preparation
+ Complete NTC project questionnaires for each project based on Specification and Part Numbers (SPNs).
+ Participate in SPN Reviews to ensure:
+ All NTC questions are answered.
+ Comments and outstanding questions are documented.
+ Requirements are captured for Bills of Materials (BoM) and engineering.
+ Update and revise project details within tracking platforms.
+ Immediately highlight any new features or hardware integration and work with Program Manager and Innovation Engineers to ensure timely completion and testing prior to scheduled delivery.
Project Execution
+ Ensure accurate NTC BoMs and verify timely submission for hardware procurement.
+ Manage BoM submissions and track status to ensure timely receipt by Materials Handling (MH).
+ Attend IDR/EDR meetings on behalf of NTC and document details in tracking platforms.
+ Participate in and lead:
+ Daily NTC production meetings (production priorities, resource allocation).
+ Weekly Tier III and Tier IV meetings (cross-functional team coordination).
+ Collaborate with Production team members, who will be responsible for NTC installation, testing, and troubleshooting.
+ Coordinate timely hardware configuration with NTC Innovation Engineers and communicate blockers to Production and project managers.
+ Review NTC project sub-tasks for completeness/accuracy ahead of Executive Reviews.
+ Build out the NTC Wizards per customer use cases.
+ Create and update documentation templates for Innovation Engineers (e.g., testing templates, project tracking templates, H15 substitutes).
+ Adjust NTC resources in response to delivery changes or schedule compression.
+ Assign new projects based on resource availability and NTC innovation roadmaps.
Data Analysis
+ Maintain and update NTC tracking systems (Easy Projects, SharePoint, Monday.com).
+ Perform ongoing project evaluation, ensuring alignment with NTC standards.
+ Analyze KPIs and generate reports for progress tracking and team performance.
+ Evaluate and monitor project progress against goals and timelines.
+ Review and report NTC project expenses for budget analysis.
Stakeholder Communication
+ Act as liaison between NTC and other Nomad divisions with regard to production issues.
+ Participate in daily project syncs, Tier meetings, and Gemba walks with full awareness of project status, responsible team members, and outstanding actions.
+ Schedule internal NTC meetings to ensure comprehensive understanding of project status.
+ Communicate project updates, resource shifts, and roadmap changes to the Innovation Engineers and broader team.
+ Gather and communicate changing requirements, business process impacts, and procedural updates.
+ Manage and prioritize incoming field issues, track Field Service Technician (FST) travel for resolution, and coordinate NTC support.
General Support for the NTC Team
+ Create, manage, and distribute detailed project reports.
+ Maintain documentation across all NTC platforms (Portal, internal apps).
+ Track and triage missing or damaged hardware components based on project priority.
+ Sustain asset organization and database accuracy.
+ Support technical writing efforts including Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) compliance documents.
Accountabilities:
+ Maintain accurate and timely deliverables.
+ Ensure alignment between Production, NTC (Innovation Engineering), electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and project management.
+ Lead internal NTC meetings that support production-related resource planning and project continuity.
+ Provide clear, proactive communication to ensure production-related project visibility and team coordination.
+ Analyze and prioritize field issues and hardware gaps with urgency and accountability.
Required Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree Management Information Systems, Business Administration; or equivalent practical experience in project management.
+ Strong research, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
+ Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
+ Proven experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
+ Project ownership mindset.
+ Exceptional communication abilities.
Preferred Additional Experience:
+ Certification as a Project Management Institute Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA).
+ Experience in hardware lifecycle management and project evaluation.
+ Familiarity with technical documentation, system integration, or STIG compliance frameworks.
