**What You’ll Do:** The Assistant Manager, Retail Media will support the North America region and play an important role in accelerating our online business. This individual will join a team of hands-on growth marketers transforming our Retailer.com business by developing new, critical marketing capabilities for ELC. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for aligning retail media campaign setup with brand and portfolio objectives established by leadership and key brand stakeholders, while actively monitoring live campaigns to ensure delivery and partnering with retail media network teams to implement in-flight optimizations. She/He will be responsible for aggregating and analyzing retail media network campaign results across multiple brands and retailers to inform insights and drive strategic recommendations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for aligning retail media campaign setup with portfolio and brand objectives established by leadership and brand stakeholders across key retailers and brands
+ Monitor live paid media campaigns across retailers utilizing various report formats to ensure delivery and communicate any concerns or optimization recommendations to retail media network account team
+ Maintain and optimize retail media performance dashboards across key retailers to support Retailer.com KPIs and inform actionable insights
+ Identify trends and opportunities to optimize our investments by analyzing campaign data over time
+ Analyze retail media network campaign results, evaluate performance based on key performance indicators, and develop actionable insights
Qualifications
+ 2-4 years of work experience in performance marketing within retail media or CPG with a focus on digital campaign performance analysis and insight development
+ General knowledge of retail media landscape and channels
+ Experience planning and executing full funnel digital advertising campaigns- ideally within the retail media space
+ Demonstrated ability to synthesize paid media campaign results into data-driven, actionable insights
+ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
+ Proactive nature with the ability to identify opportunities early and recommend new strategies
+ Strong time management skills, with the ability to work across multiple brands and retailers concurrently
+ Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and work across cross-functional teams
+ Understanding of internal reporting systems (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and advanced Excel skills with ability to generate impactful reports
Pay Range:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is **$73,150.00** **to** **$109,200.00** **.** Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
