We're seeking a Seasonal Night Auditor to join the front desk team at the Bar Harbor Inn and Spa, where you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth overnight guest experience at one of Maine's most iconic oceanfront properties.

    This seasonal position offers overnight shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We're currently looking for someone to cover 2–3 nights per week. Ideal candidates would help fill in for regular night audit staff days off.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform nightly audit processes, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports

    + Provide exceptional guest service during overnight hours

    + Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments

    + Monitor hotel security and respond to any overnight concerns

    + Prepare lobby and coffee station for morning shift arrival

    + Ensure a clean and welcoming lobby environment throughout the night

    Qualifications & Skills:

    + Prior front desk or hotel experience preferred, but not required

    + Excellent attention to detail and basic math skills

    + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

    + Strong communication and problem-solving skills

    + Comfortable working overnight from 11 PM – 7 AM

    + Must be dependable, professional, and guest-focused
