The salary range for this position is $83,500-92,500 per year. The base salary offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Our team is responsible for improving partner support operations for Wayfair’s suppliers, carriers, and customers by driving technology and process enhancements. This team collaborates closely with product management, engineering, and support teams to implement scalable solutions that enhance the supplier experience. We execute strategic initiatives that enhance supplier support through new software system capabilities, platform migrations, and AI-powered solutions. In this role, you will drive high-impact projects that improve support processes for over 20,000+ suppliers worldwide.
You’ll be instrumental in shaping tech-driven enhancements, optimizing automation, and driving digital transformation—ensuring that Wayfair remains an industry leader in supplier support innovation.
What You'll Do:
+ Lead Tech Projects: Spearhead large-scale, cross-functional technology projects, including platform migrations and system upgrades, in close collaboration with product, engineering, and operations teams.
+ Drive Automation & AI Initiatives: Identify and implement AI-driven enhancements and automation opportunities—from sentiment analysis to workflow optimization—to improve efficiency and the partner experience.
+ Optimize Processes: Analyze support trends and leverage data to refine support workflows, enhance ticketing systems, and improve self-service capabilities.
+ Manage Strategic Execution: Define project roadmaps, manage milestones, and track KPIs to measure the business impact of your initiatives, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
What You'll Need:
+ Bachelor's degree
+ 2-3 years of experience in technical project management, consulting, operations, or a similar technology-focused role.
+ Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, influence stakeholders, and make data-driven decisions.
+ Experience collaborating with product management and software development teams to deliver technical solutions.
+ Familiarity with AI-powered solutions, automation, or digital transformation in a support or operational context. A background in customer service technology is a strong plus.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
+ Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and a background in supplier/vendor management environments are preferred.
An Important Note about Wayfair's In-Office Policy:
+ All Boston-based interns, Co-ops, and corporate employees will be in office in a hybrid capacity. Employees will work in the office on designated days, Monday - Thursday, and work remotely Friday.
