    Salary: $2000 / Week

     

    Amergis is seeking a Community Health RN to assist one of our Shelter-Based Non-Profit partners in the Chicago area! This would be a full-time, day-time 12 week assignment. Please see below for details:

     

    Title: Community Health RN

     

    Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

     

    Duration: 12 Weeks (ASAP Start)

     

    Pay: $50/hr

     

    MUST have reliable vehicle and DL/Insurance for floating requirement. *We can reimburse for mileage!

    Experience Required:

    + Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's Degree required. Degrees in nursing preferred.

    + Licensure: Active Illinois Registered Nurse licensure required prior to start date.

    + Other Qualifications: Two to three years of community health experience required. Certification as a Community Health Nurse a plus. HIV nursing certification or experience a plus, and may be developed upon hire. Documented experience in evaluating standards of care based on the quality assurance process may be required. CPR certification required
