In the role of Associate Compensation Analyst working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the HR Total Rewards Team.
This position reports to the Manager Compensation and collaborates with the Director, Compensation to provide analytical support for a wide range of compensation and HR program projects designed to support business strategies. This role will assist in the design, development, execution, and communication of company compensation and vehicle programs, tools, and processes. The role will support the Manager Compensation, and other Total Rewards Department leaders by analyzing ever-changing market data to support our compensation and vehicle practices, processing market data survey reports, and helping to guide pay decisions and processes.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
+ Administration and management of the day-to-day equity stock plan administration
+ Support the administration of the Americas vehicle programs
+ Responsible for compensation related financial accruals and requests
+ Assist in conducting regular compensation analysis, using internal and external tools, to assess market competitiveness
+ Assist in the annual merit, bonus, and long-term incentive process with system administration, , data accuracy and review and partnership with our shared services team
+ Participates in market surveys to ensure surveys are applicable to Molson Coors jobs, stays up to date with new surveys and provides recommendations where gaps may exist
+ Support within all areas of compensation and HR programs as assigned
Key Ingredients:
+ Bachelor’s degree (HR or Business) preferred with 1-2 years in compensation or analytical related field preferred
+ Experience in use, interpretation and application of external surveys, internal job evaluation criteria and salary and incentive administration preferred
+ Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel
+ Experience dealing with complex, emotional and sensitive matters that have either an organization-wide impact and/or individual employee impact
+ Ability to work autonomously and establish priorities and processes in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and ever-changing environment
+ Strong problem-solving skills to not only identify a problem but work to develop a recommended solution
+ Strong analytical skills, very detail oriented and a passion for accuracy of data
+ Ability to understand business drivers and environment and provide external data to that affect
+ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build partnerships

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
**Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings** : **$57,600.00** **-** **$75,600.00** (posting salary range) + **10** **%** target short term incentive + **$23,000** on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
