Salary: $22 / Hour

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with special needs? Join our team as a Behavior Technician and help support children and adults in achieving their educational and behavioral goals. You’ll work closely with educators, therapists, and other professionals to create meaningful change in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide direct behavioral and educational support to individuals with special needs.

+ Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of behavioral specialists.

+ Collaborate with school staff, families, and clinical teams to support progress toward learning and behavioral objectives.

+ Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.

+ Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent (required)

+ At least 2 years of pediatric experience (preferred)

+ Current CPR certification (if applicable)

+ Completion of TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray, if applicable)

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Must be 18 years of age or older
