    Project Overview

     

    The Attorney Generals Office (AGO) plans to have a third-party work with our staff to provide various IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting tasks, offer a managed solution for security penetration testing, and remediation services, and general consultation.

     

    Mandatory Requirements ¦ Scope of Work & Deliverables

     

    The following project expectations will be ongoing throughout the life of SOW. The vendor must acknowledge and agree to comply with all mandatory requirements outlined in this request for services.

     

    • Project Meetings (estimated 50 hours annually)

    o Monthly Invoicing – Include work completed based on hourly rate.

    o Scheduled project meetings will take place a minimum of 2 times per month (or as needed). The purpose of each meeting:

    ? Discuss goals and work assignments with vendor.

    ? Discuss work assignments previously assigned to the vendor.

    ? Vendor to report accomplishments to AGO.

    ? Vendor / AGO to resolve issues, discuss alternatives, and enhance security when needed.

    • General Support Services (estimated 240 hours annually)

    o Invoice monthly – Include work completed based on hourly rate.

    o Monthly server patching assignments.

    o Monthly assesses needs and schedule quarterly VMware Security Review and patching if necessary.

    o Monthly DR assessments and planned quarterly DR recovery.

    o SIEM SOC assessment and review.

    o Agency networking devices, firewall assessment and review.

    o Agency data storage support.

    o Agency security remediation.

    o Include services in the Weekly Activity Report, if applicable.

    • Special Projects (estimated 50 hours annually)

    o Invoice monthly – Include work completed based on hourly rate.

    o New hardware installations.

    o Network device installations.

    o Network, configuration, issue identification and resolutions.

    o Data center configuration, issue identification and resolutions.

    o SQL Server configuration, issue identification and resolutions.

    o Include project updates in the Weekly Activity Report, if applicable.

    • Cybersecurity Initiative: Penetration Testing and Remediation Services (deliverable)

    o Invoice semi-annually when services are completed.

    o Provide a managed service that autonomously identifies and exploits vulnerabilities for both the

     

    internal and external environment. Penetration testing will be done in a non-destructive manner

    and will only go far enough to prove the possibility of exploit without exercising exploit or

    compromising systems. All exploits and compromises will be captured via screenshot or other

     

    methods and reported accordingly. Should Vendor find a critical vulnerability that has potential for immediate impact, Vendor will notify the proper organizational personnel as soon as proof is obtained and risk is assessed, which may be sooner than the formal report is produced.

     

    o Performed semi-annually.

    o Up to 500 hosts (including internal and external assets).

    o Report on Generation and Findings.

    o Meet and develop a plan to execute a remediation.

    o Include service activity in the Weekly Activity Report, if applicable.
