CTG is seeking a Mobility and Networks Technician to work safely in a heavy manufacturing environment, providing technical support for IT assets with the tasks and accountabilities as outlined below:

+ Networks and infrastructure: Configuration, firmware, mapping, maintenance.

+ Mobility devices: Configuration, profile management, deployment, field support.

+ Cybersecurity and vulnerability: Audits and remediation.

+ Provide technical support for IT assets.

+ Anti-Virus & security patching for servers and workstations.

+ Backups and images of IT assets.

+ Work safely in a heavy manufacturing environment.

Skills:

+ Strong understanding of Networking (TCP/IP, Client/Server, Ethernet, LAN).

+ Domain / Active Directory knowledge.

+ Proven troubleshooting skills for system issues.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions.

+ Highly organized and detail-oriented.

+ Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

+ Strong ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical staff.

Experience:

+ Experience with network configuration and maintenance.

+ Experience in supporting mobility devices and managing profiles.

+ Experience with cybersecurity audits and vulnerability remediation.

+ Experience with system backups, image management, and antivirus patching.

+ Experience working in a fast-paced, heavy manufacturing environment is a plus.

Education:

+ Associates Degree/College Diploma in Cybersecurity, Computer Information Systems, Network Technology, or equivalent experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $75,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
