CTG is seeking to fill a Customer Service Specialist opening for our client in Lockport, NY.

**Location:** Lockport, NY

**Duration:** 2 months

Overview:

The Customer Service Specialist will act as the primary customer service contact for inbound customer and client calls. The role involves resolving issues and responding to inquiries related to all treasury management products. Success in this position requires strong oral and written communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Primary Responsibilities:

+ Receive incoming customer and client calls with a high level of professionalism and courtesy

+ Resolve inquiries and issues for all treasury management products

+ Utilize mainframe applications, customer service software, and documentation to assist clients

+ Work directly with external business and corporate customers, sales representatives, product managers, and Treasury Management operational staff to resolve complex inquiries and issues

Scope of Responsibilities:

+ Front-line customer service and support

+ Problem resolution for a variety of treasury management products

+ Internal and external stakeholder communication

Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:

+ None

Education and Experience Required:

+ Associate’s Degree

+ 1 year of customer service or related experience

+ Familiarity with Microsoft communication tools

Education and Experience Preferred:

+ Experience as a bank teller

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
