    WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

    + Participate in the implementation and activation of marketing plans for commercialization efforts for new product introductions and campaigns for the nVent Electrical brands including nVent ERICO, nVent ILSCO and nVent ERIFLEX and business in the North American region.

    + Build written and technical content including, but not limited to, product narratives and features, digital marketing campaigns, social media and blog posts, and presentations in support of regional campaigns and tactics as agreed upon by the business and marketing leaders.

    + Work closely with cross-functional business partners and leaders to support product and solution offering and handle different, meaningful projects simultaneously.

    + Ensure brand and Marketing process adherence is upheld in the region to enable high-quality content creation and brand-building.

    + Collaborate with Marketing Technology team for alignment related to performance dashboards (launch metrics, social performance, and campaign outcomes.)

    YOU HAVE:

    + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required (preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.)

    + 2+ years of relevant professional experience preferred, including marketing, agency, or other appropriate experience—preferably working for a major electrical or industrial products manufacturer or distributor.

    + Strong copywriting, proofreading, and presentation abilities; capable of adapting technical content for broader audiences.

    + Familiarity and experience with the following technologies: social media publishing and listening tools, Adobe Creative Suite, email marketing, translation, website CMS.

    + Experience with modern digital marketing platforms, including social media tools and platforms, project management software (Monday.com, JIRA, etc. preferred), marketing automation (Marketo preferred), customer relationship management (Salesforce.com preferred), digital asset management and web content management systems.

    + Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Brings a forward-thinking approach, proven project management abilities, and a commitment to inclusive collaboration and shared success.
