Your Role:
+ Managing customer expectation
+ Lead the implementation of Oracle Process Manufacturing modules across various projects.
+ Work closely with business users, technical teams, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
+ Continual service improvement
+ Managing different customer stakeholders
+ Managing offshore and onsite teams
Your Skills and Experience:
+ Candidate having 12 years of experience in Oracle process manufacturing modules.
+ Should have worked in complex integration technical landscape. working with multi vendors and geos
+ Should be able to lead the technical discussion with customer stake holders
+ Should have experience in working 24 X 7 support model
+ Should have experience in managing critical system issues under time pressure
+ Should be able to lead and guide onsite & offshore team
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Excellent presentation skills. Will be responsible for presenting weekly status report to customer.
+ Work location will be Albany, NY and all-day work from customer office is mandatory.
