Your role

+ Lead delivery management for Digital Manufacturing Transformation programs, ensuring alignment with client goals and contractual commitments..

+ Build and nurture high-performing, diverse teams by promoting equity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

+ Act as a strategic liaison between distributed delivery teams and clients, offering tailored solutions to meet unique business needs.

+ Establish and drive strong governance frameworks to ensure transparency, accountability, and operational excellence.

+ Maintain positive and trusted relationships with clients, proactively addressing concerns and driving long-term satisfaction.

+ Oversee global service delivery, coordinating across project managers, technical experts, and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality execution.

+ Manage complex service escalations and deliver effective, timely resolutions.

+ Monitor and optimize delivery budgets, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency.

+ Provide clear, data-driven leadership reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Your skills and experience

+ Proven experience in Digital Manufacturing project execution, especially with SAP modules like Quality Management and Production Planning.

+ Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Microsoft Power BI and data modeling.

+ Demonstrated success in Fixed Price project execution using Agile methodologies.

+ Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) such as GE Proficy is desirable.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse teams and clients effectively.
