The **Director of Product Compliance and Sustainability** is responsible for ensuring that all products meet regulatory requirements and internal standards while advancing the company’s sustainability goals. This role bridges legal compliance, product integrity, and environmental stewardship, driving initiatives that reduce risk, enhance brand reputation, and align with ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) objectives.

This position reports to the **General Counsel** and is based out of our **Irvine, CA** office with occasional travel to other Revelyst locations.

+ As the Director of Product Compliance & Sustainability you will have an opportunity to:

+ Lead global product compliance strategy, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., CPSC, FDA, REACH, RoHS).

+ Oversee product safety testing, certification, and labeling protocols.

+ Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and third-party auditors.

+ Monitor and interpret changes in global regulations, updating internal policies accordingly.

+ Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for compliance across product lines.

+ Design and implement corporate sustainability strategies aligned with ESG goals.

+ Lead initiatives to reduce environmental impact across the product lifecycle (e.g., carbon footprint, packaging, materials).

+ Oversee sustainability reporting, including disclosures for frameworks like GRI, CDP, and TCFD.

+ Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and marketing to integrate sustainable practices into product development.

+ Promote sustainability awareness and training across the organization.

+ Partner with legal, risk, and quality assurance teams to manage compliance risks.

+ Work with procurement and suppliers to ensure ethical sourcing and sustainable materials.

+ Engage with external stakeholders, including NGOs, regulators, and customers, on sustainability and compliance matters.

You have:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, or related field (Master’s preferred).

+ 8–10+ years of experience in product compliance, sustainability, or ESG leadership roles.

+ Strong knowledge of global product regulations and sustainability frameworks with our product categories including helmets, guards, goggles, footwear, apparel, packs and bags, drinkware, golf technology and more.

+ Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

+ Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.

+ Passion for our brands such as Fox Racing, Bell, Giro, Camelbak, Simms Fishing and more!

You might have:

+ Certified Sustainability Professional (e.g., ISSP, LEED AP)

+ Regulatory Affairs Certification (RAC)

+ Six Sigma or similar quality management training

Pay Range:

Annual Salary: $145,000.00 - $158,000.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
