Your Key Responsibilities

+ Define measures and implement them to achieve high productivity of the company's core and support production processes.

+ Apply crucial engineering processes and give input for strategic decisions.

+ Contribute to the development of the engineering strategy within a core organizational field.

+ Contribute to the alignment of capacity demand, budget and investment projects.

Your Qualifications

Required:

+ Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.

+ 1 year of Engineering experience in a Manufacturing/Production environment.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Effective communication, teamwork, and knowledge of industry standards.

+ Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship

Preferred:

+ Proficiency in CAD software and mechanical engineering principles.

+ Experience in functional and cross-functional teams.

+ Goal and results oriented.
