Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Slot Service Technicians to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Slot Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring all video gaming technology machines are kept in good working order.

What will you do?

+ Ensure all Southland Casino owned equipment is kept operational and in compliance with state regulations

+ Develop working knowledge of gaming machine parts as well as equipment operation and repair

+ Ensure all established policies and procedures are adhered to

+ Apply conflict resolution regarding gaming equipment issues

+ Work as an ambassador for Southland Casino

More about you

+ No high school diploma or GED required

+ Minimum of 2 years of related experience or training required

+ Must be comfortable securing, handling, and transporting large sums of currency

+ Intermediate computer skills

+ Maintain a valid driver's license and must be able to maintain appropriate gaming license in accordance with the State of Arkansas Requirements

+ General knowledge of gaming regulations

Physical requirements

+ Ability to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods of time

+ Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
