Sawtooth Concepts Painting is looking for aPainterto help perform skilled painting jobs on new and existing buildings and other facilities areas.

This is a Full-Time position with some opportunity for overtime. As a sister company to Scentsy, Inc., weprovide excellent benefits such as Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, and Medical/Vision/Dental benefits as well as competitive wages.

What You Will Do:

+ Prepare work areas with drop cloths, plastic, tapes, paper, and masks as needed, and remove fixtures

+ Perform general site clean-up, remove debris and trash from work site

+ Move, load, and unload materials

+ Assist in light construction work if necessary

+ Properly use a 6-foot ladder, or more

+ Paint and assist other painters as directed

We're Looking For:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Valid driver’s license required for travel between work sites around the Treasure Valley

+ Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment

+ Ability to wear proper safety equipment as necessary: PPE including hard hat, high viz, gloves, safety glasses, mask, boots, etc.

+ Ability to understand and follow directions

+ Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time

+ Ability to frequently bend, squat, stand walk, push, and pull up to 100 lbs., reach above shoulder level, have both arms and legs accessible, and perform manual dexterity

+ Ability to work in all weather conditions

+ Ability to ascend and descend stairs, step stools, ladders, scaffolding, platform ladders, or mechanically elevated devices and be comfortable around heights and working on a roof
