    Job Summary

    As Catering Director, you’ll lead all aspects of catering and events operations. This includes managing a dedicated team, cultivating strong client relationships, and ensuring exceptional quality and service at every event.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Plan and oversee internal and external catering events from start to finish

    + Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote catering services

    + Collaborate with clients to design custom event experiences and menus

    + Recruit, train, and schedule catering staff, providing ongoing development and performance support

    + Ensure operational excellence across all functions—menu planning, staffing, logistics, cost control, setup, service, and breakdown

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field

    + Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience, including at least 2 years in a management role (preferably in Catering)

    + Proven experience in menu planning, event pricing, contract management, and sourcing staff and equipment

    + Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee food preparation, service, and event execution
