GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Senior Project Manager, Analytics will serve as the primary coordinator for analytics projects across Team One's client portfolio, ensuring the seamless delivery of analytic deliverables from conception to completion. This position will be responsible for managing analytics project timelines, resources, and deliverables while serving as the key liaison between DSAA team members and cross-functional stakeholders. The role requires strong project management expertise combined with a solid understanding of digital analytics, media measurement, and audience analysis. The candidate must have proven experience managing multiple detailed projects in a fast-paced agency environment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams without direct management responsibilities. Experience with digital analytics, media analytics and technical projects a huge plus.
Day to Day:
• Coordinate and manage end-to-end analytics project delivery, including scope definition, timeline development, and resource allocation across multiple client engagements
• Serve as primary project delivery lead for media analytics and audience analytics initiatives, ensuring deliverables meet client requirements and deadlines
• Facilitate regular project status meetings with internal teams and provide email updates to clients, ensuring clear communication on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with DSAA analysts to ensure data collection, analysis methodologies, and reporting standards are properly implemented across all analytics projects
• Manage project documentation, including project briefs, timelines, deliverable specifications, meeting re-caps and post-project reviews
• Coordinate with internal agency teams to understand client needs and translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, actionable analytics project plans for non-technical teams
• Comply with quality assurance processes for analytics deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with approved methodologies
• Monitor project budgets and resource utilization, providing regular reporting to senior management on project profitability and efficiency
• Identify and escalate project risks, implementing contingency plans to ensure on-time delivery of client commitments
• Support the implementation of new analytics tools and platforms by managing testing phases, training coordination, and rollout processes
• Maintain project tracking systems, project plans and workflows to optimize team efficiency and ensure consistent project delivery standards
• Coordinate with external vendors and data providers to ensure seamless integration of third-party analytics solutions and data sources
• Participate in weekly PM status meetings with the integrated PM team, to gain insight into campaign launches and media partnerships.
Experience:
• 6+ years of project management experience in an advertising agency or digital marketing environment with digital analytics, media analytics and/or technical development project focus
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent complex projects from initiation through delivery in fast-paced agency environments
• Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams including analysts, account managers, and strategists without direct management responsibilities
• Experience managing media analytics projects including campaign measurement, attribution modeling, and performance optimization preferred
• Experience with audience analytics projects including segmentation, behavioral analysis, and customer journey mapping preferred
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation while maintaining quality standards
• Experience implementing and managing analytics tools and platforms within agency workflows
• Must be able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment with multiple competing priorities and changing client requirements
• Experience providing project updates and analytics insights via email communication and internal presentations to agency leadership
• Automotive category experience preferred but not required
**Education:** Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, Analytics, or related quantitative field.
Skills and Abilities:
• Strong project management fundamentals with experience using PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
• Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Smartsheet, or similar platforms)
• Solid understanding of digital analytics concepts and tools including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and social media analytics platforms
• Familiarity with media measurement tools and audience analytics platforms (Nielsen, comScore, Facebook Analytics, etc.)
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio) for project status and analytics reporting
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex project documentation
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to facilitate internal meetings, coordinate via email, and manage cross-functional team collaboration and influence without authority
• Strong problem-solving abilities with experience identifying and mitigating project risks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and Google Workspace applications
• Understanding of data governance principles and data quality standards in advertising and analytics contexts
• Ability to translate technical analytics concepts into business language for non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with budget management and resource planning for analytics projects
• Strong leadership and coordination abilities to influence and guide cross-functional teams without direct authority
• PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification preferred

Compensation Range: $73,910.00 - $111,320.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
