Be the Guardian of Land, Law, and Legacy
At the heart of Arizona’s water and power infrastructure lies a legacy of land stewardship and civic responsibility. As a Land Records & Governance Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of land ownership records that determine voter eligibility. Your work ensures transparency, compliance, and the smooth operation of elections and governance processes that impact the entire region.
What You’ll Do
+ Analyze Property Records: Research and interpret real property deeds and legal descriptions to determine voter eligibility.
+ GIS Data Management: Maintain a fractional acreage database using GIS tools to track land ownership with precision.
+ Election Support: Assist in the planning, training, and administration of Association and District elections.
+ Governance Coordination: Prepare and distribute meeting materials, process minutes, and manage Board and Council payroll and expenses.
+ Legal & Financial Processing: Handle subpoenas, garnishments, vendor bids, and support revenue bond and pricing documentation.
+ Corporate Records Management: Secure and maintain historical documents, contracts, water rights, and plat maps.
+ Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Share GIS tools and mapping procedures with other departments and recommend process improvements.
What It Takes to Succeed
+ Strong analytical and research skills, especially in interpreting legal property descriptions.
+ Experience with GIS systems and fractional acreage calculations.
+ High attention to detail and accuracy—down to 1/100th of an acre.
+ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
+ Strong computer application skills and comfort with administrative systems.
+ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Education:
+ College-level coursework (100+) in a related field from an accredited institution.

**Pay Details:** $26.97 per hour
