**PDS Tech Commercial,** a **Military Friendly® Employer** is seeking a highly skilled **PC-DMIS CMM Programmer/Operator** to support Quality Control Inspection activities at a leading aerospace facility. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where precision and expertise drive product excellence and safety.

Summary

As a **PC-DMIS CMM Programmer/Operator** , you will play a critical role in ensuring that complex components meet exacting specifications. You’ll program and operate Hexagon 7.10.7 SF CMM equipment, inspect intricate surface profiles, and contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

+ Program and operate CMMs using **PC-DMIS** software

+ Perform inspections on complex surface profiles using vector points (without solid models)

+ Write robust, detailed programs and train machinists to execute them

+ Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T specifications

+ Use hand measuring tools and perform raw material and part testing

+ Record, audit, and analyze quality control data

+ Recommend and implement process improvements

Required Qualifications

+ Minimum 5 years of inspection experience

+ Proficiency in **PC-DMIS CMM programming**

+ Strong understanding of **GD&T** and technical drawings

+ Skilled in using hand measuring tools

+ Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

+ High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience programming complex surface profiles without solid models

+ Ability to write clear, executable instructions and train others

+ Familiarity with aerospace quality systems and labeling requirements

**Pay Details:** $40.00 per hour
