    A DAY IN THE LIFE

    + Supervise help desk team across multiple locations and assign tasks, set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and ensure adequate staffing levels at all locations

    + Provide coaching, training, and professional development opportunities

    + Consult with Executive Leadership and provide project-related support on improvement initiatives and suggestions as they relate to IT business and staffing plans

    + Collaborate with business leaders and technology team on initiatives for office moves and expansions, technology equipment installations, systems upgrades, and provide timely status updates

    + Monitor and manage ticket queues daily to meet service level commitments and coordinate with other departments within IT to address more complex technical issues

    + Provide general IT support, including hardware deployments and replacements, including workstations, laptops, tablets, and phones

    + Establish clear communication and provide the highest level of support on problem incidents or new service requests, and end user inquiries, including priority one tickets

    + Act as a liaison between IT, business units, and external vendors

    + Coordinate IT support for location-specific needs, including remote offices or satellite teams

    + Develop and enforce help desk procedures, policies, and standards

    + Ensure timely resolution of technical support issues across all business locations

    + Monitor and collect KPIs such as response time, resolution time, user satisfaction, and other key metrics

    + Maintain high customer service standards and ensure end-user satisfaction

    + Travel as needed for team training, to support company-wide training, and team members in other office locations

    NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

    + 7+ years of experience in a lead desktop/server support role with specific experience managing teams

    + Associate degree or higher preferred in a technology related field

    + Prior experience managing multi-site businesses and teams is preferred

    + Desired certifications include: A+, Network+, MCSA, CCNA, ITIL

    + Experience supporting & troubleshooting Windows Desktops and Servers and related technologies such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Office 365, Spam Filtering and remote administration tools

    + Strong knowledge of ticketing systems, with preference to ServiceNow, and their functionality for tracking and resolving issues

    + Experience with iOS, Android, Windows 10, Macs

    + Strong background in IT service delivery with a track record of meeting business requirements and SLAs.

    + Ability to manage others while working within a fast-paced environment.

    + Prior experience interfacing with Executive Leadership teams
