    Specialized Recruiting Group has an exciting new opening for a Service Manager in Lancaster, WI.

    The Service Manager is Responsible For:

    + Leading the service and maintenance team to ensure efficient scheduling, quality service, and strong customer relationships.

    + Manages technician performance, inventory coordination, jobsite logistics, and communication between internal departments and customers.

    Qualifications:

    + Experience in service or field management (dairy or ag industry preferred)

    + Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

    + Knowledge of dairy milking equipment and repair processes

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate specialty tools and equipment
