Position Summary...

The position will be responsible for managing key growth, planning, and process improvement initiatives across Walmart Fulfillment Services - Seller Management Function while also serving as the program leader and key liaison for incentives. This role will drive strategic alignment and innovation using data-driven insights, contributing significantly to the growth and success of Marketplace & WFS.

What you'll do...

+ Manage the operating plan, leading category and seller business reviews, tracking/reporting financial performance, and removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance.

+ Perform advanced analytics and ROI analyses to evaluate initiatives, guide resource allocation, automate implementation and assess the effectiveness of seller incentive programs.

+ Drive strategic initiatives, identifying and implementing vertical business and seller growth initiatives in conjunction with relevant strategy and product teams, and managing specific features, functionalities, and tooling enhancements through development, business cases, product requirements, and overall project management.

+ Deliver data-driven insights, developing market and business intelligence, including industry trends, competitive threats, category/assortment opportunities, etc., and advising the Hardlines MP leadership team on strategic implications and actions.

+ Implement new processes and ways of working, building effective ways of working across teams and driving collaboration and coordination across functions, identifying opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, and improve business processes.

+ Build cross-functional advocacy, building strong and trusting relationships with team members and business partners, working collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve objectives, and communicating with energy and positivity to motivate, influence, and inspire commitment and action.

+ Advocate for the platform, championing and evangelizing WFS, and its evolving capabilities, to our Marketplace sellers and internal stakeholders, driving awareness and adoption of new seller services, including global logistics, new advertising capabilities, ‘big and bulky fulfilment’, and more.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ 10+ years of successful marketplace, strategy, business operations, or project management experience.

+ 3+ years demonstrated experience managing a team.

+ Strong analytical skills with deep experience across planning and forecasting, business performance analyses, market sizing, and business case development.

+ Ability to distill complex business issues and strategies to highlight insights and actionable recommendations in a concise and persuasive manner.

+ Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team to drive business positive outcomes.

+ Assertive, adaptable, and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
