**Description:** Supply Chain Support

The position provides senior level legal support to Supply Chain Management, as well as programs and staff functions regarding a wide range of transactional and compliance matters\. Major transactional responsibilities include advising supply chain leadership on subcontract negotiations, supplier performance and remedies, cost or pricing data issues, commercial item determinations, financially distressed supplier protections and related issues\. This attorney must demonstrate superior judgment and work product for matters of significant complexity\. This attorney must be a self\-starter and able to work semi\-autonomously\. Outstanding organization, client management and written and verbal communication skills are essential\. The attorney may also provide training and/or serve as a mentor to colleagues\.

Compliance Support

Major compliance responsibilities include ensuring compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act \(FCPA\) and related anti\-corruption laws, environmental, safety, and health matters, standards of conduct and conflict of interest provisions \(e\.g\., U\.S\. Government "Revolving Door" issues\), required reporting to government agencies associated with U\.S\. Government contracts and international business\.

Basic Qualifications:

Licensed in at least one State to practice law

5\+ years experience in a legal role

Experience with Government Contracting, including knowledge of FAR 12 and 15 contracting and DFARS

Desired Skills:

Experience in the Aerospace and Defense Industry

Experience working with subcontractors and suppliers on terms negotiations, claims, regulatory compliance and other legal issues\.

Experience with Foreign Corrupt Practices Act \(FCPA\) and foreign Anti\-Corruption Laws

Experience with delivery of training to clients or large groups

Must be a self starter with the ability to work autonomously

Experience with legal research and contract drafting

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.

**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
