    Position Summary...

     

    The Senior Manager of Access Management Engineering is a strategic leadership role charged with overseeing the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of enterprise-wide access management solutions. This individual is responsible for leading a high-performing team of engineers to deliver secure, scalable, and user-serving identity and access management (IAM) platforms with emphasis on elevated permissions, service accounts, and secondary accounts. The Senior Manager partners with cross-functional stakeholders—including Information Security, Tech Platforms, Human Resources, Business Units, and Vendors—to ensure that access controls align with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.

    Cyber Risk Management Requires knowledge of Cyber risk assessment and management techniques Security risks threats and vulnerabilitiesPossible treatments of security risks threats and vulnerabilities Evolving security landscape and emerging cyber security threats Assessment ofpotential business risks from security gaps To contribute towards development of cyber risk assessment andor management techniques to identifysecurity gaps and weaknesses in the business Designs cyber risk assessments by consolidating insights from the business and various functionsIdentifies cyber security risks threats and vulnerabilities and their impact on the organization Identifies possible treatments for cyber risks threatsand vulnerabilities identified Identifies and propose implementation of endorsed mitigation measures to address security gaps
