Full Time 3rd Shift Security Officer

Shift: Monday - Friday, 3rd shift 11pm-7am

Rate: $18.20 / hour

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and vigilant **Overnight Security Officer** to join our team in **Rochester, NH** . This full-time position involves patrolling the premises, monitoring surveillance equipment, and ensuring the safety and security of the property and personnel during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct regular patrols of the facility, including interior and exterior areas

+ Monitor security cameras and alarm systems

+ Control access to buildings and grounds; verify identification of visitors

+ Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, or emergencies

+ Write accurate and detailed incident and daily activity reports

+ Ensure compliance with company policies and safety protocols

+ Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized activity

+ Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency personnel when necessary

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or GED required

+ Must be able to obtain a NH State Guard Card (licensing for security in the State)

+ Prior security or law enforcement experience preferred

+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

+ Must be at least 18 years old

+ Strong attention to detail and observational skills

+ Excellent written and verbal communication

+ Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Physical Requirements:

+ Ability to stand and walk for long periods

+ Capable of patrolling on foot, including stairs
