    Security Flex Officer – Full Time

    **Location:** Denver Metro, CO & Surrounding Areas

    **Rate:** $21.00/HR

     

    This officer will need to be available 6AM - 11PM OR 2PM - 6AM - schedules are provided a week in advance and will be stationed at multiple locations.

     

    **Join our team at Securitas Security** where you will have the opportunity to serve your community while receiving advanced training in safety and security. This position will give you the opportunity to gain knowledge in the various security solutions we provide to our clients, while learning multiple vacates of the business. In this role you will provide operational support to our cliental and District Managers at multiple locations.

    What Your Day May Look Like:

    + Conflict resolution and De-escalation.

    + Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the client’s premises.

    + Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.

    + Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions.

    + Clearly and quickly report any suspicious activity.

    + Provide detailed written witness reports.

    + Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, suspensions, holidays, etc.

    + Assist in start-ups at new accounts to include working the site, writing post orders and training checklists and training newly assigned permanent Security Officers.

    + Expect to work on weekends and holidays with limited notice, and work during “high need” periods.

    Position Requirements:

    + 18 years of age or older.

    + High School Diploma or GED Required.

    + Standard computer / technology skills needed.

    + Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.

    + Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift.

    + Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain vigilant throughout shift.
