    Site Security Supervisor

    **Location:** Canby, OR

    **Schedule:** Monday - Friday 8am-4pm

    **Rate:** $23.00/Hour

     

    At Securitas, our Site Supervisors play a critical role in ensuring our security operations run smoothly and effectively. Site Supervisors lead by example, oversee on-site security officers, and responsible for maintaining a high level of safety, professionalism, and service at the assigned location.

     

    The ideal candidate we are seeking will be dependable and motivated leaders who can manage staff, respond to incidents, and build strong relationships with clients while adhering to our core values; **Integrity, Vigilance, & Helpfulness.**

    What Your Day May Look Like

    + Manage scheduling of site officers

    + Corrective action assistance alongside upper management

    + Proactive relationship with local customers' points of contact

    + Logistics operations

    + CCTV monitoring

    + Ensure all officers follow post orders and Securitas protocols

    + Maintain detailed reports, indicent documentation, and daily activity logs

    Position Requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age

    + High school diploma or GED required

    + At least 1 year security and supervisory experience preferred

    + Proficient in basic computer and technology use

    + Strong communication, reporting, and organization skills

    + Customer service background preferred

    + Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner

    + Must be able to conduct patrols and respond promptly to situations

    + Able to remain alert and detail-oriented throughout the shift.
