Join our International Trade Compliance Office (ITCO)! As an International Trade Compliance Manager II, you'll use your expertise to manage and refine our comprehensive international Import/Export and Global Anti-Corruption compliance programs.
As our ITC Governance leader, you'll work to empower internal stakeholders with compliance knowledge, proactively monitor/assess compliance risks, and build key relationships with appropriate government regulatory agencies as you facilitate world class compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), Arms Export Control Act (AECA), Export Control Reform Act (ECRA), US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), US Customs regulations and relevant foreign customs regulations.
Our team is responsible for government affairs, international strategy, international business, and trade and regulatory compliance. We provide strategic guidance across the organization, helping to find alignment and compliance between SNC and the national security priorities of the U.S. government.
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
+ Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
+ Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
+ Typically, 8+ years of progressive international trade compliance experience, which includes 4+ years of management experience.
+ Able to effectively and clearly communicate complex regulatory requirements and solutions
+ Practical understanding of export control and international trade concepts to include ITAR, EAR, FTR, FCPA, & OFAC
+ Intermediate knowledge of Customs processes and associated compliance requirements
+ Experience analyzing and interpreting federal rules and regulations
+ Past experience implementing trade compliance concepts and associated risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications We Prefer:
+ Audit and investigation experience
+ Passion for training and simplifying complex regulatory concepts
+ Cross functional coordination of compliance stakeholders
+ Practical knowledge of OCR EASE, DTRADE/DECCS, SNAP-R, Customs ACE
+ Prior experience as an Empowered Official

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $124,771.42 - $171,560.71. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants. Adjudicative factors which affect the outcome of the eligibility determination include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the U.S., foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations and illegal drug use.
