    **What you will be doing:** You’ll be responsible for tests scheduling and administering all required academic & CTT offering tests in compliance with government and management directives.

    Essential functions:

    1. Conduct orientation of new students concerning testing procedures. Acquaint students with the purposes of testing, the manner in which the test scores are to be used and how they relate to the student's progress in Job Corps.

    2. Administer Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE).

    3. Arrange for testing facilities; provide the students with necessary testing materials.

    4. Ensure all testing is scheduled and conducted in accordance with DOL and Center requirements and ensure all test data is properly recorded in computer systems.

    5. Administer all academic program tests, including entry and program exit test; interpret test results and enter testing data into computer system.

    6. Prepare local reports for distribution to appropriate departments; maintain testing schedule, rosters and accountability.

    7. Coordinate with other staff concerning testing matters..

    8. Administer follow up systems and verify accuracy of Center reports.

    9. Ensure that classroom is clean and attractive at all times, maintained required records.

    Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent.

    + Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required.

    + A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
