Reporting to the Team Lead of the Operations team in the Data Management Organization (DMO), the Business Services Analyst is passionate about data and can think globally but acts locally. You are motivated, build culture, and inspire others. You will promote governance strategies and know how to break down and redesign processes.

You Will:

+ Support and accomplish both run and grow projects to support the Data Management Organization's strategic goals

+ Participate in strategy discussions and other business unit discussions to understand and capture high level business needs

+ Identify holistic and automated approaches to data promoting technology solutions

+ Establish user stories in Jira

+ Curate project requirements, functional specifications and detailed designs of business process and application solutions

+ Work with large teams to size and prioritize bodies of work, while keeping both the organizational goals and end-user experience top of mind

+ Develop solutions to improve and transform data governance processes

+ Oversee and provide guidance to Outsourcer for application administration, development, configuration and continuous improvement opportunities

+ Ensure standards and patterns are being implemented by agile teams to promote collaboration.

+ Deploy and support tools to manage organizational data, allowing the business to move quickly while following data standards

+ Identify opportunities to expand Data Management services to new areas of the business

+ Study and interpret understanding of problems and opportunities

+ Monitor reporting; build recommendations that promote action / resolution

+ Maintain keen external focus on industry best practices and advanced technologies related to data management and governance

+ Recommend and implement process improvements

+ Resolve conflict and act as escalation contact for partners

+ Use tools and techniques to assess the effectiveness of data quality measures and identify potential inaccuracies

You Have:

+ Bachelor's degree

+ 3+ years related business experience

+ Experience working in a project environment and prioritizing multiple activities simultaneously

+ Experience applying technology to solve business problems

+ Experience with SQL

+ Experience with Enterworks

+ Experience in reporting and data visualization – Power BI

Compensation:

Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000

_The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees._
