A Day in the Life of a Brenton Operator:

You will report directly to the shift supervisor and the Operations Manager. As the Brenton Operator you will be responsible for operating, adjusting, clearing jams and restocking the machine.

You Will:

Tend to machine and adjust, operate, clear jams, restock and control the machine with control panels

Maintain productions records

Maintain food safety and quality

Perform housekeeping responsibilities including keep floors clean, keep work area organized and complete sanitation documentation

You Have:

High school diploma or GED and three to six months related experience

Read and write English for comprehension of written assembly directions and completion of Production/QA documents

Able to lift/carry, push/pull up to 55 pounds

Mechanical aptitude

Flexibility to work on different packaging equipment

Problem solve when production / maintenance issues arise

Work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for position
