    + _Full-Time | Multiple Shifts available_

    + _1st Shift: (Sun-Wed, 5am-3:30pm), $20/hr_

    + _2nd Shift: (Sun-Wed, 4pm-2:30am), $23/hr_

    + _2nd Shift: (Wed-Sat, 4pm-2:30am), $23/hr_

    + _Direct Hire_ Our client is seeking a detail-oriented **Quality Control Associate** to inspect outbound orders, monitor pallet integrity, correct mis-picks, and ensure overall shipment accuracy. This position plays a key role in maintaining product quality, inventory compliance, and warehouse efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Audit pallets for accuracy, damage, and packing quality

    + Collaborate with Inventory Control to resolve order discrepancies

    + Review returns and driver check-in documentation

    + Assist with warehouse training and enforce safety standards

    + Monitor and correct warehouse procedures and inventory practices

    + Maintain documentation for audits, safety logs, and inventory issues

    Qualifications

    + 1+ year in a QC or warehouse role

    + Familiar with WMS systems (Synapse a plus)

    + Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access

    + High School Diploma or GED required

    + Forklift certification a plus

    + Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

    + Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
