Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
+ 1st Shift: $24.20/hour ~ Monday through Friday
+ 2nd Shift: $26.40/hour ~ Monday through Friday

What’s a typical day as an Assembly Associate? You’ll be:
+ Assembling precise electro-mechanical components to industry standards.
+ Identifying and repairing mechanical issues efficiently.
+ Completing work orders and tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Inspecting and documenting daily operations to ensure quality control.
+ Utilizing microscopes for specific tasks requiring precision.
+ Providing support in stock room, shipping, receiving, and product validation as needed.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
+ Have 2 years of experience in electro-mechanical or high-volume manufacturing assembly (preferred).
+ Are experienced in Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) environments.
+ Are familiar with FDA cGMP/QSR or ISO quality control standards.
+ Possess proficiency in using microscopes with excellent manual dexterity and eyesight.
+ Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a team-oriented mindset.
+ Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; with basic math and language proficiency required.
