    The Receiving Warehouse Clerk will assist and support the warehouse department with daily administrative activities related to branch operation.

    _Responsibilities:_

    + Process billing runs including labeling and including packing lists for cross docking if required

    + Routing of freight orders, including bills of laden preparation and labeling for common carrier shipments

    + Sort freight bills by category, run driver manifests, set delivery appointments, data entry of receiving worksheets and inventory reports

    + Assist Warehouse Manager with item/bin maintenance

    + Interact with purchasing, customer service staff as required

    + Some EDI responsibilities may be necessary

    Requirements:

    + High School/GED education required

    + Ability to perform clerical and administrative duties with speed and accuracy under limited supervision

    + Minimum of 2 years of receiving experience in a warehouse/distribution environment is preferred

    + AS400/iSeries experience preferred, particularly inventory/receiving functions

    + Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

    + Self-starter with the ability to multi-task projects

    + Ability to answer a heavy volume of phone calls from both internal and external customers

    + Must be detail-orientated problem solver

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills
