Job Description:

+ Construction background preferred – knowledge of AIA/progress billing a plus!

+ Provide wide variety of operational and administrative functions such as purchasing, billings, entering projects, entering change orders, cost revisions, correspondence, logs, collections, etc.

Responsibilities:

+ Maintain electronic job files and records insuring that all appropriate documents are filed accurately in the proper location on a timely basis

+ Prepare purchase orders, subcontracts

+ Track monthly subcontract cost

+ Generate monthly billings/prepare lien waivers

+ Prepare sales tax reports

Experience:

+ Assist management and staff in providing administrative support necessary to conduct departmental business

+ General understanding of certified payroll/Davis Bacon Wages/CCIP/OCIP

+ Ability to invoice projects and enter required invoices into customer billing portals

+ Minimum 3 years relevant work experience

+ This position will require a high level of organizational expertise, along with a customer centric, self-starting, adaptable, and team player mind-set

Skills:

+ Maintain various project related spreadsheets

+ Assist subcontractors with A/P

+ Collect outstanding projected related A/R

+ Generating warranty letters

Education:

+ High school diploma or GED required
