• Business Analyst IT (SQL)

    Hybrid - 3 days onsite

    Description:

    + Requires Problem Solving Skills, experience in developing SQL, and excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership, with business partners, and with IT partners.

    + Responsible for the lifecycle of reporting from gathering requirements to developing the SQL and into support.

    + IT business consulting activities for the business, serving as the primary interface between business groups and IT.

    + Responsible for understanding the work processes of the assigned business group to meet business needs.

    + Provides technical knowledge to ensure efficient design, development, implementation, and support of systems with programmers to explain solutions.

    + Responsible for overall customer satisfaction, customer communications, analysis, problem resolution consultation, testing and development of solutions, and adherence to service level agreements.

    + Workers at this level participate in project implementations to understand impacts to their assigned business groups.

    + Responsible for working with assigned business areas to do regular prioritization and planning.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Or in lieu of a degree, 4 years of related business experience.

    + 1-3 years of related experience in business and or information technology systems analysis or support.

    + Minimum of 3 years experience in SQL development, support and troubleshooting.

    + Demonstrated strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with customers, IT management and teammates.

    + Demonstrated ability to gather requirements.
