    Position Summary:

    Serve as a Senior Advisor over the development and fielding of autonomy software that will be integrated into the first batch of the next-generation CCA drones.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Advise Senior Military Leaders building and fielding autonomous systems.

    + Provide strategic insights and instill best practices for growth/scalability to a fast-paced USAF RDT&E and acquisition team.

    + Recommend and refine detailed operational requirements for emerging autonomous systems.

    + Support PMs and coordinate cost/schedule/deliverables across a team of teams.

    + Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to achieve aggressive project timelines and cutting-edge technology outcomes.

    + Mentor USG and contractor team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

    Work Environment:

    + Location: On-site

    + Travel Requirements: Minimal. Up to one trip per quarter.

    + Working Hours: 40 hrs/week.

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    + Prior military experience in Acquisition, Program Management, Test, Operations, or related.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Aeronautics, Applied Math, Logistics, Business, Finance, or related field.

    + Minimum Secret clearance with the ability to quickly obtain Special Access Required (SAR).

    + Proven track record in managing and delivering complex, strategic projects with 15+ years of experience in program/project management.

    + Experience in designing and developing complex systems of systems and enterprise architectures.

    + Demonstrated leadership skills in a collaborative environment. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively within all organizational levels, including senior DoD leadership.

    + Proven ability to recommend, embrace, and implement change in a fast-paced, high-performing organization.

    Desired:

    + DoD Test or Flight Test experience.

    + Familiarity with Multi-Domain Operations (MDO), Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A), and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).

    + Knowledge of scaled software test infrastructure required for complex, embedded systems.

    + Familiarity with AI/ML applications and test methods.

    + Operational flight experience or work within a relevant Air Force tactical aircraft environment.

    + Experience in large-scale USG software acquisition program(s). Especially experience or extensive knowledge of the formal Software Acquisition Pathway.

    + Active TS/SCI with SAP/SAR eligibility
