Directly responsible for day to day operations and leading home health clinical services in compliance with the Federal and state regulations. Supervises a multidisciplinary team that provides and /or supports home health services in a patient’s home. Demonstrates skills and positive outcomes in best practices, customer service, human resources, and fiscal management. Promotes quality care, growth, profitability, and teamwork while meeting the health and medical needs of the community.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in nursing, physical therapy or occupational therapy with current SC RN, PT or OT license. Master’s degree preferred. Length and Type of Previous Job Experience Required: A minimum of two years' experience as an RN/PT within the past three years; at least one year of experience in home health. Proven leadership skills, previous supervision experience preferred.
