At V2X, we are making a difference by providing support to programs in the Effects Deployment Office (FXDO) of Precision Strike Weapons Program Office, PMA-201. This office is responsible for research, development, acquisition and sustainment of the Navy's air-to-ground precision guided weapons, general-purpose bombs, aircraft armament-related equipment, and all cartridge/propellant actuated devices. The FXDO responsible for the development of new programs. We are looking for a talented Program Analyst who is familiar with NAVAIR Business and Acquisition Processes. The Program Analyst will work closely with the Long Range Anti-Ship Missile (LRASM) Integrated Program Team Lead and the Deputy Integrated Program Team lead as well as other engineers and analysts in the production of LRASM 1.1 and the development of the next version of the LRASM, the AGM-158C3 (LRASM C3). The candidate must be a team-oriented self-starter with the ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, resolve conflict in a constructive manner, and produce quality products efficiently. This position requires the candidate to have a US DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Responsibilities
+ Assist the IPTL in developing and tracking program progress in the program IGS.
+ Assist the IPTL in managing ongoing cost, schedule and performance of acquisition activities including execution metric development, variance analysis, and the development of corrective actions.
+ Develop contracting plans and managing contracting actions (document generation, contracting plans, statements of work, justifications and approvals, PID/PMT initiation)
+ Conduct technical evaluations for contract actions as well as completing requisite documentation.
+ Assist the IPTL with staffing plans to include documentation in CSPT and coordination with support competencies represented within PMA.
+ Assist the IPTL in developing contract performance assessment reports (CPARs) and coordination with acquisition leads on its approval.
+ Assist the IPTL in resource planning including budget preparation, execution and POM development.
+ Develop briefs, including executive level, on payload plans and execution activities for PMA and PEO leadership.
+ Develop independent analysis of technical and budgetary solutions for program elements.
+ Coordinate with Air Force Program Manager to maximize commonality and efficiencies amongst similar weapon systems.
+ Coordinate and facilitate meetings for the IPT.
+ Submit justifications for accesses and track to completion.

+ A BS or BA degree from an accredited college or more than 4 years of recent and relevant experience.

+ Naval Air Systems Command Business/Finance and Acquisition Process- 4+ years experience
+ Clearance
+ Secret clearance needed
+ Skills
+ Business/Finance of Navy acquisition programs.
+ Strong leadership and mentoring skills and ability to drive results.
