    The position will provide support to the APSS management team with Business Process Modeling Business Process Management System implementation . The position will work in coordination with CTR (Customer Technical Review) CTR with SMEs. Clearance required, Public Trust.

    Responsibilities

    + Business Process Modeling Business Process Management System implementation.

    + Define user requirements by working with SMEs.

    + Coordinate the Customer Technical Review (CTR) with SMEs for the project user requirements documents.

    + Define user requirements in accordance with IRS guidelines.

    + Deliver high quality documentation.

    + Timely and effectively manage requirements for the project.

    Qualifications

    + Minimum Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's Degree and 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or Associate's degree and 15 years' experience as a Business Analyst.

    + Skills:

    + Experience working as Senior Business Analyst.

    + Work directly with Business and IT customers.

    + Create technical functional requirements based on the customer business needs.

    + Define user requirements by working with technical SMEs.

    + Strong system architecture development experience.

    + Working Environment:

    + Work remotely or at IRS location.
