    About the Role

     

    As a Field Marketing Manager, you’re responsible for assisting both the Marketing and Sales teams in annual planning, as well as developing, managing, and evaluating the annual Marketing plans for prioritization and execution in the assigned markets, national accounts, and on-premise channel. This role will also communicate and sell in Marketing programs to key regions and distributors, execute and evaluate key marketing programs, and influence demand creation budget (i.e. POS, regional opportunities, etc).

     

    This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in the U.S. Priority will be given to candidates in major metro areas in the Northeastern corridor, Florida or Chicago area. 10%-20% travel required.

    Key Responsibilities

    Collaboration

     

    + Partner with Brand, Insights, and Operations to localize national programs and develop regional initiatives.

    + Act as liaison between sales and brand marketing to ensure alignment and feedback.

    + Support distributor-level program activation and comprehension.

    + Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to inform strategy.

    + Test new activation ideas and report performance outcomes.

     

    Planning

     

    + Contribute to annual brand marketing plans by providing insights and reviewing strategies.

    + Lead creation and updates of retailer and regional presentations.

    + Align regional plans with brand objectives and commercial priorities.

    + Support goal-setting for retail, media, and local opportunities across channels.

    + Collaborate with key account leads to tailor programming and allocate funding effectively.

     

    Communication

     

    + Manage marketing communications for Bold brands across internal and external teams.

    + Deliver updates through calls, presentations, and sales meetings.

    + Represent brand marketing in distributor and key account engagements.

    + Translate performance and consumer insights into actionable selling points.

    + Coordinate with National Insights team to leverage syndicated data.

     

    About you

     

    + You have a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and relevant experience in brand, trade, or shopper marketing, or sales—ideally in the alcoholic beverage industry.

    + You are a strategic and creative thinker who can translate big-picture goals into market-ready programs.

    + You demonstrate leadership and can influence cross-functional teams and external stakeholders without direct authority.

    + You’re proactive and efficient, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

    + You have strong commercial and business acumen, with the ability to analyze performance, manage budgets, and align work with strategic goals.

    + You’re an excellent communicator, skilled in developing and delivering impactful presentations to diverse audiences.

    + You bring a mindset of continuous improvement, adaptability, and innovation to everything you do.

    Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $108,000 to $125,000 per year and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
