    Community Addiction Recovery Enterprise (CARE) in Carlton is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team and make a great difference in the lives of others. CARE Carlton is a women’s only facility that specializes in providing inpatient treatment services to women with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. Our multidisciplinary team offers high-intensity inpatient services consisting of multimodal groups and individual counseling services. All services are person-centered, building on the individual's interests and capacity for growth, leading to a lifelong process of recovery.     The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing direct nursing care to clients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    + Managing unit nursing care; acts as charge of a shift as assigned.

    + Participating as an active member of the treatment team in providing active treatment.

    + Serving as a positive role model as a Community Addiction Recovery Enterprise (CARE) team member

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Possess or be eligible for licensure in Minnesota as a Practical Nurse.

    **Future Practical Nurses who are within six (6) months of graduating and taking their NCLEX-LPN are encouraged to apply. Contingent job offers may be made upon successful completion of degree and passing of NCLEX-LPN.
